I am proud to represent District 9! District 9 includes all of Winnebago and Emmet County. It also includes a majority of Kossuth County, including; Algona, Bancroft, Burt, Lakota, Ledyard, Lone Rock, part of Luverne, Swea City, Titonka, and Wesley.
